Have You Ever Felt This Way?

I was tired, bored, and frustrated with the lack of options for continuing education.  I hated being in a lecture hall for an entire day without having time to practice, apply, or integrate what I was learning. I just felt like I was drowning in information.

"There has to be a better way"

So I started running my own workshops and focused on

1. Providing interaction among attendees to build a community of learners and a safe environment to elevate each other

2. Building in self-assessment tools through activities, case studies, exercises, discussion and one on one teaching if needed

3. Focusing on outcomes and not the volume of content

Soon nurses and healthcare providers were talking about the "difference" and how "refreshing" it was. Despite the success and the student feedback, there was still one massive limitation: access.  I wanted to find a way to overcome the geographical and time constraints that prevented others from accessing the content.

Introducing NurseMinder Nation!  The online education portal for healthcare providers that is revolutionizing how CONed is done.  Hope into a course and see for yourself :)

Influence Patient Care Outcomes

Did you know that 20% of all ECG readings provide an inaccurate analysis resulting in increased risk to patient morbidity and mortality? Atrial fibrillation is one of the most commonly misdiagnosed rhythms where patients are started on anticoagulant therapy unnecessarily. As a healthcare provider, your advanced knowledge in ECG analysis may be the difference in your patient's safety.
